The short version: this is an independent project, the numbers can be wrong or out of date, the projections are not forecasts, and nothing here is advice.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who we are

Mission 2047 Bharat is an independent citizen project run by a private individual in Hyderabad, India, in a personal capacity ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@mission2047bharat.com or through the contact page.

3. This is not an official website

• We are not a government body and do not speak for any government.
• We are not connected with, paid by or approved by the Government of India, any state government, any political party, any company or the World Bank.
• Nothing on this site is an official statistic of the Government of India. Indian ministries may publish different figures for India using their own definitions.

4. The figures can be wrong or out of date

• The figures come from the World Bank's World Development Indicators. Each page shows the date of the copy we hold.
• The World Bank revises its figures and adds new years. Our copy can be behind.
• We can make mistakes when copying figures or working things out from them.
• Before you rely on a figure, check it at the original source. Every chart links to it.
• The site is offered as it is. We make no promise that it is complete, correct, up to date or always available.

5. Ranks, scores and projections are our own working

• The ranks, the overall score and the projections are worked out by us, using methods we chose and explain on the site. Other reasonable methods give different results.
• Projections are not forecasts. They are arithmetic that assumes the pace of the last ten years never changes. No country moves like that. Do not quote a year from this site as a prediction.

6. Not advice

The site gives general information. It is not financial, investment, legal, policy or any other professional advice. Do not make decisions on the strength of this site alone.

7. Copyright and sharing

• World Bank figures. These are published by the World Bank under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. You may reuse them if you credit the World Bank.
• Everything else. The name, design, text, charts, pictures, scores and code of this site are © 2026 Mission 2047 Bharat. All rights reserved.
• What you may do. You may share links to this site and the pictures it lets you download, free of charge, on the conditions below.
• Conditions. Keep the source line and the Mission 2047 Bharat name visible. Do not change the figures. Do not present them as coming from a government or as an official statement.
• For any other use, ask us first.

8. Fair use of the site

• Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not send spam, abuse or unlawful material through the contact form.
• Do not copy the site in bulk by automated means in a way that strains it.

9. Links to other services

The site links to services run by others, such as the World Bank, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.

10. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on anything on it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be taken away.

11. Changes

We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
